World Champion John Lowe. Mark your calendars for

December 16, 2011. MMDL is pleased to announce that one of the
most legendary world champion's of our sport, John Lowe, will be
visiting Boston on his current tour of North America. John is known as
one of the pioneering professionals of darts and recorded the first ever
televised perfect game of 501 in 1984. His exhibitions are fun filled
events featuring stories from his travels on the pro circuit, chances to
win great prizes and one-on-one matches against audience members and

hotel room and all entry fees paid at the Witch City Open 2012 Dart

Mr. Lowe will play 16 matches versus local shooters. Eight (8) people
will be drawn from the audience for a chance to go head to head with our
visiting World Champion.
In addition, each MMDL regional area will be holding qualifier
competitions where the winner will be among those to play onstage:
Boston:
Singles Tournament at My Honey Fitz on Saturday, November 26,
Winner: Pat McKeon
North Shore:
Eight week, points based tournament series at the Beverly Franco.
Winner: Avery Barry
South Shore: In conjunction with
the LOD at the Abington Polish Club; Winner: Fred Conley
Central: Singles Tourney held
Oct. 23; Winner: Fred Mula
Plus, the Spring 501 Mens Gold and Ladies Pink Champions, Fall 2011
Cricket Mens Gold and Ladies Pink Champions are reserved spots to face Mr. Lowe

From the North: Take Route 93
South to Exit 15 (JFK/Columbia Road). Turn left at the end of the exit
ramp onto Columbia Road. Go into the rotary and take the first right
(Morrissey Boulevard). Drive ahead on Morrissey Blvd for 2 miles, then
take a right at the main intersection onto Freeport Street. IBEW Local
103 is approximately 1/4 mile ahead on your right.
From the South: Take Route 3
North to the Expressway (Route 93 North). Take Route 93 North to Exit 13
(Freeport Street). Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Victory
Road, then take the first right onto Freeport Street. IBEW Local 103 is
approximately 1/2 mile ahead on your right.
From the West: Take the Mass
Pike (Route 90) East to its end. Follow signs for Route 93 (Expressway)
South. Take Route 93 South and follow directions From the North, above.
