Minuteman Dart League Fall 2009 Season
The Playoffs!
Time to harvest what you've sowed all season long. You'll either prove your
team is a favorite for a reason, come out on top against an arch rival, or pull
off that exciting upset of a top dog. In any event, let's remember that while we
want the competition hades-hot, always show respect for your opponent and
conduct yourselves with the utmost in good sportsmanship. Be safe, use common
sense, and lead your team to glory.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR PLAYOFF TEAMS:
-
Please remember to remind your sponsor about the possibility for Thursday night playoff matches and check their schedule for conflicts with holiday parties or other events.
-
Winning captains - DON'T FORGET - report playoff match results immediately following your win, call or email your area director as instructed on the playoff schedule sheet.
-
Driving Directions to Opponent's Sponsor are available from the League Statistics Website. Note: May not contain every sponsor, if you don't find yours, try mapquest.com or Google Maps.
-
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS regarding the playoffs, please contact your Area Director. ADs are extremely busy during the playoffs and have many other captains to consider, so please be patient and make sure you have all of your information and questions at hand when contacting them. AD contact info is listed on your area playoff schedule or click here.
-
Playoff Results will be reported after each round is completed on the MMDL website - see above.
- TIP: For a match report, since these are not mailed into the league, you may use an extra blank regular season match report (separate the three carbons so you have three copies to use), or just a blank piece of paper.
WEEKLY RESULTS / STANDINGS
* Please be aware there will be inevitable hiccups as we transition to this new scoring system. Please have patience as we work out the bugs.
Click the following link to see your area's point standings.
Note: Partial results may be available while match reports are being entered. Standings are typically completed by the end of the same week and an email will be sent once the week's batch has been fully entered. You can subscribe to this email list on the MMDL homepage (see the box in the left column).
If your team's points are missing, it is possible that your report was mailed late or there was a problem processing it. Captains should contact their AD or Central Area Div. Rep. to inquire about missing points. Please review the "Match Report Instructions" on your captain's kit (item #14) for a list of common point deductions before calling your AD.

UPDATE! SA ORDER OF PLAY AND CHALKER ROTATION
The new Super A format will follow a different procedure as follows
for who starts each game and which team is responsible to provide a scorekeeper.
Please note that "CFB" stands for "call for bull" where the player from the
designated team has choice of shooting first or second for the bull.
Winner of the bull starts the leg. Double cork beats single cork as
always.
