Please Note: For convenience, the PDF form is designed to be filled out right on your computer with your keyboard. Click on the fields with your mouse to fill out your information, and you can switch to the next field by pressing the “tab” key. You may then save the document to your computer (please use “save as” and add your team name to the file name) You can then print the form out to bring to the captain’s meeting. We strongly encourage use of this method to avoid unclear handwriting and so you can retain a digital copy on your computer.

Express Player Line Up
Instructions to complete your Match Line-up in DartConnect using the Express Player Line-up.
Express Player Line-up lets you utilize the online system in DartConnect to create your line-up prior to the match, any day or time prior to the match, and share it with your team prior to the match.
Once you have “shared” with your team and any changes that need to made can be made prior to the match before “submitting” One the Line-up has been submitted it is final until the Match goes LIVE, then you can make changes, if necessary, according the MMDL rules.
Enter Forfeit
These Instructions show you how to PROPERLY enter a forfeit set into a Match.
A forfeit for the Singles sets needs to be entered only ONCE. You do not need to enter a forfeit for each leg, just one time for the set.
Match Reports
March reports only used for your weekly match line up if you have not utilized the Player Express Line-up feature in DartConnect.
We strongly suggest utilizing the Player Express Line-up feature to save time when getting to the match venue and getting started sooner than later
Start Time Guidelines
Start time for ALL DIVISIONS is 7:30 pm.
All matches MUST be underway by 8:00 pm SHARP!
Late starts could lead to point deductions. If you are running late, you are advised to give the other captain a courtesy phone call with an estimated time of arrival or for scheduling a makeup match.
There are no forfeits. Please read through the guidelines posted in our discussion forums regarding match start time. They are posted there to encourage your feedback.

Wicked Outs
Random numbers were selected before the season starts.
Each week the number shown with that week will require the shooter to DOUBLE OUT on that number. Whether it be with 1,2,or 3 darts – as long as it is the number or adds up to that number in one turn of throw.
The first shooter in the match to hit this number will be entered into a weekly Raffle drawing which consists of various darting equipment or set up needs. This drawing is done LIVE on our FaceBook page each week
